I think it's important to prioritize and scope your product in order to ensure that it meets the needs of your users while also being achievable within the given constraints. Prioritization involves ranking the features and functionality of your product in order of importance, based on user needs and business objectives. Scoping involves defining the scope of the product, including what will and won't be included. Together, prioritization and scoping help to ensure that the product is focused and achievable. Without this process, it's easy to end up with a product that's too complex or that doesn't meet the needs of the users.
